Shipping policy

We deliver across Mauritius. Our policy is fast and timely delivery, where we process and ship (deliver) all orders on the same day, or on the next day. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders usually arrive within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message.

Door-to-door delivery is free but special requests for postal delivery will be charged accordingly, based on package weight. Under such circumstances, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

We also deliver to Rodrigues. Postal fees will be charged separately.

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays or postponements may occur due to circumstances which are outside of our control, for instance weather, natural disasters, special holidays, etc.
