Refund policy

Overview

We want you to love every purchase you make with us! If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are ready to assist. This Refund Policy explains how exchanges, returns, and refunds work in our shop.

 

Damages and issues
Firstly, we would like to draw the attention of customers to the fact that they are responsible for inspecting items delivered to them to ensure these are in good condition.

Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items must be in the same condition that you received them - unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We will also request proof of purchase (invoice / receipt).

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, we’re happy to replace it. After evaluation of the issue, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Exchanges are only available for the same item, not for different products.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns except for damaged, defective or wrong item, under the conditions stipulated above.

To start a return, please contact us at info@noushop.mu with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and evaluated at our end, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

 

Exceptions / NonRefundable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded:

           Items already used by the customer that exhibit evidence of wear

           Clearance or sale items
